Share this with caregivers. Steps to follow if I have a health issue.

• Stay calm and make sure the person is safe.
• Check if they are responsive — gently shake and ask if they're okay.
• If unresponsive, not breathing, or in danger — call 911 immediately.
• Note the time symptoms started and what you observed.
• Do not give food, water, or medication unless instructed by a professional.
• Gather their medications list and any allergy information.
• Call one of their saved emergency contacts to stay with them.
• Stay with them until help arrives or a contact takes over.
• Write down what happened and any instructions from responders.
