This app helps you track medications, appointments, and caregiving tasks. You agree to provide accurate info and keep your account secure.

This app is a personal organization tool. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reminders are a helpful aid, not a substitute for professional care. Always consult your doctor about medications and health concerns. In an emergency, call 911.

You own the information you enter. You give us the limited right to store and process it only to provide the app's features, including sharing with people you authorize.

You can try premium free for 7 days — no card required. After the trial, you can unlock lifetime access for $19.99 (one-time, non-refundable) or choose a Family Plan at $4.99/month or $49.99/year. Payments are processed by Base44 Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through your billing period.

You can share a referral link from your Profile page. When someone you refer upgrades to Premium, you earn a free month of Family Plan. Self-referrals are not allowed. Abuse of the referral program may result in rewards being revoked.

You agree not to:

• Enter unlawful or fraudulent content.
• Access another person's data without permission.
• Disrupt or misuse the service.

We strive to keep the app reliable but can't guarantee it will always be error-free. Reminders and alerts depend on your device and settings and may occasionally fail.

The app is provided "as is." We are not liable for harm resulting from reliance on reminders, alerts, or information in the app. Your use is at your own risk.

You can stop using the app anytime. To delete your account and data, contact us through the Contact page.

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
